Booking Terms & condition

HEALTH & FITNESS: Good health and physical fitness are required on the trek.

INSURANCE: Participants on the trip must be protected by insurance that cover emergency helicopter evacuation, cancellation, accident, health, delay, loss or damage to their baggage’s and personal effects.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED: Passport details, nationality, full name indicating gender, date of birth, and 3 passport sizes of photographs.

TRIP SCHEDULE AND ITINERARY: The Itinerary shows planned night stop and a summary of the day activity. It may change due to weather condition, logistic and other condition beyond our control.

BOOKING CONDITION: Minimum 45 days advance notice.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION:

INITIAL DEPOSIT: A non-refundable deposit of 20% (per person) of total trip cost must be paid at the time of trip booking.

FULL PAYMENT: Full payment must be made before trip departure. And all payment is required in US dollar or equivalent.

REFUND: There will be no refund if members leave a trip for any reason either voluntarily or involuntarily after the trip has begun. No refund will be made for any services not utilized.

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW: Cancellation made less than 15 days 40% of the trip cost will be charged. Full trip cost would be charged for cancellation prior to 3 days from trip departure.

PRICE CHANGES: The Company reserves the right to alter prices if these rates changes substantially. Surcharges may also apply to members in the event of changes in government regulations, taxes, etc.

FLIGHT CONDITION: Because of weather and technical reason flight to remote airstrips could be delayed or postponed so, we highly recommend couple of days extra before and after the trek. In the event of flight delayed or cancelled extra expenses will applied to the members.
